Von der Kellereigenossenschaft (Besichtigungsmöglichkeit) ausgehend führt die Strecke hinauf auf die Höhen der "Koeppchen", wo zwei Ideale zusammentreffen, zum Einen der perfekte Boden, nämlich Muschelkalk, und die exakte Südausrichtung des Hangs, so daß der König der Weine, der Riesling, auf das prächtigste gedeihen kann. An der Donatuskapelle begeben wir uns hinab zum Ausgangspunkt an der Mosel.

A la chapelle saint Donatien, vous emprunterez le sentier pour rejoindre le point de départ sur les rives de la Moselle.
